Once processed, your course registration and attendance will be confirmed by email. If you have not received a confirmation email within 7 working days of your registration application, please contact Gunz Dental Customer Service. Note that all course correspondence is communicated via email; this includes course presenter, date and venue changes.
Gunz Dental customers will automatically receive a copy of our Continuing Professional Development course booklet, which is updated four times throughout the year and mailed each month with our Promotions Plus specials brochure. Alternatively, you can download your copy here.
Cancellation Policy
Courses receiving insufficient enrolments are subject to cancellation. If a course is cancelled, any course fees paid are refunded in full. Gunz Dental is not responsible for any associated expense (e.g. accommodation or travel) nor for any loss or damage as a result of substitution, alteration, cancellation or postponement of an event.
FULL REFUNDS will be issued if you cancel registration 10 business days prior to the event. NO REFUNDS will be issued if you cancel your registration attendance at an event 9 business days or less prior to the event.
