Instrument set for universal preparation for implant placement.

The set developed by Dr. Damien Carrotte / Villeurbanne France, is used for reliable determination of the implant axis.

Initially, the bone is deepened and cleaned up using an Allport instrument H141AX, diameter ISO 050. The blade geometry and coating of the instrument provide high cutting efficiency and long service life. The first drilling cycle is then completed using the triangular centering drill RF186LM. This very thin, sharp instrument does not drift and permits reliable determination of the axis, even with difficult situations. The markings facilitate accurate orientation regarding the depth of the drill hole.

Following this initial determination of the axis, the drill hole is extended by the pilot drill RF210LM1 with the larger diameters ISO 020, ISO 028 or ISO 035.

The markings facilitate accurate orientation regarding the depth of the drill hole. The sharpness of the blades enables to collect bone chips for autografts.
