ORDER

  • How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?

    Orders placed before 11:00 am (Adelaide time - ACST) on a business day will be dispatched on the same day.. We also make every effort to dispatch orders received after 11:00 am where possible, depending on our courier's collection schedule. Any orders not collected that day will be dispatched on the next business day.

  • The item I want to order is out of stock; can I order it?

    Yes, you can place a backorder, and we’ll notify you of the estimated arrival date. The item will be dispatched as soon as it’s available.

  • I have items on backorder — what happens now?

    If an item is on backorder, it means it is temporarily out of stock. Our customer service team will keep you updated and provide an estimated arrival time based on information from the manufacturer. We will dispatch any in-stock items in your order straight away. As soon as the backordered items arrive, they are prioritised and shipped to you.

  • How do I know if Gunz has received my order?

    You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order.

  • How do I take advantage of a promotional code in my order?

    Enter the code in the “Discount Code” field at checkout. If valid, the discount will be applied automatically. Some promotions may require phone or email orders — please check promo details.

  • How do I track my orders online?

    Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email, through which you can track your order.

  • I can’t find a product on the website – what do I do?

    Some products may not yet appear online or may be listed under a different name. Please contact us with the product code, brand, or description, and we’ll help locate it or suggest alternatives.

  • What is the cost of shipping?
     
    • Orders over $200 (ex. GST): No handling fees.  Shipping is free for eligible orders that meet the minimum spend threshold.
    • Orders under $200 (ex. GST): A $25 handling fee applies.

  • How do I open an account ?

    To open an online account, please visit the Open an Account page and complete the registration form with your details. Once your application is reviewed, your account will be created and you will receive your Gunz Account Number along with other relevant information.

    After your account is set up, you’ll be able to browse products, add items to your cart, and save frequently purchased or preferred items to your Wishlist for quicker and easier ordering in the future.

  • I can't log in / I’ve forgotten my password — what should I do?

    Click “Forgot Password” on the login page and follow the instructions in the email we send you. If you need assistance, please contact our Customer Service Team.

  • How do I change my account details?

    To update your account details (name, email, delivery address), please email [email protected]. Our Team will verify your request for security before updating your account.

  • How do I change my address?

    Please send your new address details to [email protected] Our Accounts Team will verify and update it in the system.

  • Where can I find my Gunz Account number in the webstore?

    Go to My Account, and you will find your Gunz Account Code under the Personal information. If you need assistance, please contact our Customer Service Team.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

  • Do you accept returns?

    Yes. Returns or exchanges are accepted for eligible items within 10 days of invoice date. Items must be unopened and in resalable condition. Please find the returns policy here.

    • A Credit Note Number provided by our team must be clearly labelled on the return.
