Orders placed before 11:00 am (Adelaide time - ACST) on a business day will be dispatched on the same day.. We also make every effort to dispatch orders received after 11:00 am where possible, depending on our courier's collection schedule. Any orders not collected that day will be dispatched on the next business day.
Yes, you can place a backorder, and we’ll notify you of the estimated arrival date. The item will be dispatched as soon as it’s available.
If an item is on backorder, it means it is temporarily out of stock. Our customer service team will keep you updated and provide an estimated arrival time based on information from the manufacturer. We will dispatch any in-stock items in your order straight away. As soon as the backordered items arrive, they are prioritised and shipped to you.
You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order.
Enter the code in the “Discount Code” field at checkout. If valid, the discount will be applied automatically. Some promotions may require phone or email orders — please check promo details.

To open an online account, please visit the Open an Account page and complete the registration form with your details. Once your application is reviewed, your account will be created and you will receive your Gunz Account Number along with other relevant information.

Yes. Returns or exchanges are accepted for eligible items within 10 days of invoice date. Items must be unopened and in resalable condition. Please find the returns policy here.
