Implementing new products into your Clinic's Surgery is a massive step.

Is it going to be as good as what you've been using for so long?

But here is the thing...How will you know unless you try!

Spident has the answer with their innovative new materials and technology leading to long-lasting, beautifully aesthetic solutions for your patients.

Having been introduced to Spident with a presentation delivered by Sam and Liam (who both came across from Korea!). I was educated on the history of Spident from their humble beginnings in 1997 to receiving the Dental Advisor's Top Awards in 2025 for Temporary Filling Material (TempIt) and Flowable Composite (low-filled) (EsFlow). Utilising Nano-Hybrid Technology to provide impressive durability (high compressive strength) along with superb aesthetics that blend effortlessly with natural teeth.

Handling the products firsthand was an experience I'll never forget. Being in the Dental Industry for 18 years as a Dental Nurse; I was interested to see how the material handled; its characteristics and boundaries. Spident's products have been engineered for seamless functionality and versatility.

Speaking of versatility, Spident offer an extensive portfolio of materials including Composite Resins, Flowables, Dual-Cured Core-Build Up materials (CoreIt) and Resin-Modified Glass Ionomers (EsCem RMGI). Allowing clinicians to source the integrated solutions within a single brand's ecosystem.

A major focus for Spident is their product formulations. Formulations that minimise the amount of shrinkage that may occur during the curing phase. Reducing the amount of micro-leakage and secondary decay to therefore magnify the longevity and reliability of the dental restoration.

I'd like to mention the extended working time on Spident's composites - EsCom 250 has an extended working time of 90 seconds. Giving clinicians an ample opportunity to easily handle, place and augment the material before curing.

Stay tuned for further insights - specifically highlighting key products, addressing their characteristics and indications.
